Training
The club is an affiliated RYA Training Centre. Adult dinghy training follows the RYA National Sailing Scheme, including RYA Level 1 Start Sailing and Level 2 Basic Skills. Junior training follows the RYA Youth Sailing Scheme, with Stage 1 to 4 content described, plus junior powerboat options. Adult PB2 is listed but the club states the remaining 2026 PB2 places are mainly completed and the course is only open to club members.

The club states the Hansa dinghy has a joystick helm system so people with physical disabilities can join in on the water. Membership fees from 1 May 2026 are listed as: Family Membership GBP 145, Single Adult Membership GBP 102, Cadet under 16 GBP 26, Cadet under 18 GBP 52, Under 23 Membership GBP 78, and Berthing Fee GBP 26 per boat. The club states there is no additional joining fee for 2026/27. Junior course prices found: Junior RYA Dinghy Stage 1 and 2 GBP 100, with GBP 75 for a second child; Junior Powerboat Level 2 GBP 110, with GBP 175 for a second child as written on the official page. Adult dinghy course prices were not found on the checked pages.
