Liverpool Sailing Club is an RYA recognised training centre and publishes adult beginner dinghy course details for Level 1 Start Sailing, Level 2 Basic Skills, and Level 3 Better Sailing. The current training page says dinghy courses will not run in 2026, so beginner sailing training should be treated as not currently scheduled for 2026; powerboat and shorebased training dates are listed separately.
Training
The club says it offers practical RYA courses, powerboat courses, theory courses, and non-RYA club courses. The 2026 dates page lists powerboat course dates from June to September 2026 and a First Aid course on 5 September 2026, while stating that 2026 dinghy dates will be published soon and the main training page says dinghy courses will not run in 2026.

Prices
The membership page lists 2026 rates for new members and renewals before 28 February: Single Membership £205, Family Membership £295, Youth Membership £50, and a £30 joining fee for Single and Family memberships. It also says reductions are available for adult single and family memberships for part-year joining: 50% from 1 August and 75% from 1 October. The training prices PDF lists 2026 course prices including Dinghy Level 1 £120, Level 2 £120, combined Levels 1 and 2 £200, Level 3 £120, Powerboat Level 1 or 2 at Adult £130 and Youth £65, First Aid £85, and SRC DSC VHF total £176.
