Training
The club's training page says LYC works with training providers to arrange RYA First Aid, RYA Sea Survival, ISAF Offshore race crew and VHF Radio courses at points during the year, with availability sent to members by email. The RYA listing also identifies Liverpool Yacht Club as a Training Centre for navigation theory courses including Essential Navigation and Seamanship, Day Skipper Theory, and Coastal Skipper/Yachtmaster Offshore Theory.

Suitability

Juniors, families, and accessibility

Juniors
The official membership page lists Family Membership and Junior Member categories, and the Membermojo page lists Family Member Unit, Junior, and Discover Sailing - Junior Membership options. The dinghy page says Toppers are suitable for children and adults. The safeguarding note requires under-18s and vulnerable adults to be supervised by a parent, appointed carer, or specific private arrangement.
Access· Unclear
No current venue-specific accessibility, Sailability, disabled access, adaptive sailing, or access-support information was found on the checked official club pages or the current RYA listing. The about page does include safeguarding requirements for vulnerable adults, but that is not accessibility provision.
