The linked eola course page also says no previous experience is needed for the youth Stage 1 course.

SWSA says it delivers internationally recognised RYA sailing training courses. Current official pages list Youth Sailing RYA Stage 1 and 2 and Youth Sailing RYA Stage 3 and 4, and the linked eola booking page lists a RYA Youth Sailing Course Stage 1 running 14-15 July 2026.
