Current official evidence supports a junior beginner pathway through Sunset/Diamond Fleet: the 2026 Sunset notice lists Diamond Fleet lake sessions and a May 2026 club news item says 22 new Diamond Fleet sailors were sailing by the end of the weekend. Adult beginner-specific sailing was not clearly evidenced.

Training

The club runs cadet coached Sunset sailing and an RYA-recognised Powerboat Training Centre offering RYA Powerboat Level 2 courses. No current official evidence was found for adult RYA dinghy learn-to-sail courses.
