Dinghy racing, Dinghy training, Junior sailing, Catamaran sailing, Powerboating, First aid training

Beginner
Worthing Sailing Club appears beginner-suitable for members. The official site says it welcomes members of all abilities; adult training is for people with little or no experience and introduces sailing up to RYA level 3; junior training teaches children aged 8 upwards. The evidence is member-focused, so non-member beginner access should be checked with the club.
Training
Training is clearly offered. The club describes itself as an RYA training centre delivering dinghy, powerboat and first aid courses to members. Adult training is free of charge to members, uses experienced RYA instructors, introduces sailing and can teach up to RYA level 3. Junior Bug Club is described as part of a fully operational RYA Training Centre with qualified RYA Dinghy and Senior Instructors. Catamaran training is also listed.
Taster· Unclear
No current public taster-session or open-day details were confirmed on the official pages reviewed. The booking page has an 'Open' category, the contact form has an 'Open Day' topic, and junior training history mentions a past open day, but these do not confirm a current beginner taster offer or current open-day date.

Suitability

Juniors, families, and accessibility

Juniors
Junior and family suitability is supported. Bug Club teaches children aged 8 upwards, runs May to October, and includes parent involvement. The membership page lists Full Family and Restricted Family memberships that include children under 18 living at the same address. The clubhouse page also notes baby-changing facilities.
Access· Unclear
The official site says members of all abilities are welcomed and membership duties are subject to abilities, but the reviewed pages did not provide specific accessible sailing, Sailability, disabled access, step-free access, adapted equipment, or access-needs guidance. Accessibility provision should be checked directly with the club.
