Suitability

Juniors, families, and accessibility

Juniors
Juniors and families are supported. The club has junior membership categories, promotes junior and youth sailing, describes Saturday Club as a fun introduction for juniors, and says its junior Saturday Club is for novice juniors from around age five or six with parents expected to stay on site and help. Access

2026 annual membership fees include family GBP 335, single sailor GBP 270, senior sailor GBP 162, junior sailor/adult with parent associate GBP 160, junior GBP 80, student/young adult GBP 140, associate GBP 80, and senior associate GBP 45. Boat berth/storage examples include standard dinghy berth or windsurf/box trailer GBP 60, junior boat GBP 32, hard standing GBP 70, and sailboard storage GBP 47. Member-only loan equipment charges include adult dinghy GBP 15 per day or part day and GBP 150 per year, junior dinghy GBP 10 per day or part day and GBP 60 per year, sailboard GBP 10 per day or part day and GBP 60 longer-term, and wing GBP 10 per day or part day.
