Beginner
The club runs beginner-level training, including junior Stage 1 and adult Level 1 courses in its 2026 Training Week. Its official material says visitors and new members are welcome to contact the club about sailing at any time of year.
Training
Lochcarron Sailing Club says it organises RYA certified training in dinghy sailing, powerboating, and First Aid. Its 2026 Training Week runs 6-10 July with junior Stage 1-4, adult Level 1-3, and Start Racing for eligible juniors and adults.

The car park and boat park are level but unpaved. The clubhouse and boat shed have ramp access, and the clubhouse has an accessible toilet. The club says it is keen to remove barriers to access or participation and asks people to get in touch so it can try to find a solution for individual needs.

The official Join the Club page lists 2026 fees: Junior GBP 40, Individual GBP 75, Family GBP 110, temporary one-month membership at half the appropriate annual rate, Yacht Sailor / Non-Sailing Supporter GBP 15, and Associate membership for parents or guardians of junior members who are not otherwise members.
