Beginner
The club describes adult Learn to Sail courses from RYA Level 1 Start Sailing through Level 3 and Start Racing, taught by qualified instructors, and says learners can start even if they have never set foot in a boat before. Membership is required before booking a course.
Training
LLSC says it is an RYA Recognised Training Centre with qualified instructors and coaches, offering RYA pathway courses for adults and youth from start sailing to advanced seamanship and racing skills. It also lists junior stages, youth camps, powerboat and coaching-related training for members.

The official membership page lists 2026-2027 membership prices: Full individual £235, Family £300, Senior £185, Senior Family £235, Junior and Guardian £80, Youth/Student £80, Country £115, Canoe including kayak/SUP £144, Canoe Family £175, Non-Sailing Member £40, Model Yacht £40, Adult Sailing Boat Berth £55, Junior/Youth Sailing Berth £25, and Trailer Storage £40. A sailing membership is required for berth or trailer storage, and the club says it does not offer daily membership.

Official site lists reduced membership fees for juniors, adults and families and promotes learn-to-sail and start-sailing courses.

Boat hire
The official boat-hire page says the club has boats for hire to appropriately qualified club members, and that boat hire and launching facilities are not available to non-members. The Learn to Sail page notes junior training is free to members except for club-boat hire, and the home page says some training boats are available for hire.
