HAU on-the-water membership includes use of Telford's dinghy boats. Telford Sailing Club says members may borrow club boats at no charge, including Toppers, Laser, GP14s, Miracles, and Laser Picos. This is member boat use, not evidence of public pay-as-you-go hire.
