Beginner
Cam Sailing Club describes itself as a family-friendly sailing community for beginners and experienced sailors. New members are advised to visit on Sundays in the sailing season, and Wednesday evening leisure sailing can include the chance to catch a ride in a dinghy or cruiser.
Training
Cam offers member-only training through its RYA training establishment. The 2026 programme lists Adult and Youth Training over two weekends, including RYA Level 1-2 and Youth 1-3, plus Optimist and Youth Topper training with RYA Stage 1-3 and racing courses.
Taster
The membership page invites prospective members to visit before joining, with Sunday visits recommended during the sailing season and Saturday afternoon visits suggested for families interested in junior sailing. The current menu says Open Day 2027 details are still to be announced, so no current open-day date was treated as available.
