Beginner
Orford Sailing Club describes itself as friendly and open to sailors of all abilities. It offers beginner-friendly routes including introductory taster sessions, RYA entry-level training, adult RYA Level 1, and junior RYA Stage 1 and 2 courses.
Training
The club is an accredited RYA Training Centre. It lists adult RYA Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Start Racing, Day Sailing and Seamanship Skills, plus junior/youth RYA courses from Stage 1 upward. Taster

Temporary membership is listed as GBP 47 per week, or GBP 79 for double/family plus GBP 7.50 per child aged 10 and over. The 2026 taster sessions are listed as free of charge.
