I found no current official evidence for disabled access, step-free access, accessible toilets or changing rooms, adapted boats, hoists, disabled parking, or a regular accessible sailing programme. The official site says HSC has no premises or clubhouse, uses Paglesham boatyard and a moored dinghy, and describes low-tide access that can involve walking across mud or sliding the boat down mud. HSC is not presented as public boat hire, but official pages do support member use of club boats. The general information page says the club provides boats for members who do not have a boat and keeps a club-owned Wayfarer dinghy, Merganser, on a mooring at Paglesham. The new-to-sailing page says HSC provides two boats for members' use, and the subscriptions page says full members pay a daily sailing fee to use the club-owned boats while temporary members pay a one-day temporary membership fee.
