Training

Cramond Boat Club is an RYA Recognised Training Centre at the mouth of the River Almond, offering dinghy sailing, small-cruiser activity, racing, cruises and family events.
The 2026 sailing programme describes Family Fun Day for members to bring friends and family onto the water, and Shottie with a Yottie for members, family and friends to have a go in bigger boats. No general public taster-session offer was found.
The club offers RYA Youth Training levels 1-3 for ages 10+ through Cramond Sea Monkeys, Cadets for young sailors with Youth Stage 3, family membership, and family sailing events.
Access
The club says the clubhouse has a separate accessible toilet/shower room and accessible access to all parts of the clubhouse. No wider on-water accessibility programme was found.

2026 membership subscriptions are published: Full £205, Family £308, Under 26 £51, Junior £51, Social £103, plus a £103 reduced renewal rate for eligible retired long-standing full members. Boat/storage fees are also published, but training-course prices were not found.
The club states that club dinghies are available to suitably competent members during safety-boat cover and that training progression is supported by free use of club sailing dinghies. No public paid boat-hire offer was found.
